Plan & build your WellAbility portal.

Once the contract is signed, your WellAbility account manager will meet with you to determine:

 

• Eligibility criteria

• Branding

• Portal modules & layout

• Welcome message

• Email campaign/Communication strategy

• Incentive plan, if appropriate

• Reporting requirements & timelines

• Launch date & events

• Stakeholder role & responsibilities

Health Risk Assessment & Screening Clinics

Engage and Retain Employee Participation

• Implement a full communication strategy OR

• Distribute a personal invite to employees from your CEO and/or other stakeholders

• Train wellness champions/managers to encourage/support participation

 

Encourage employees to complete the HRA & screening clinic to determine:

 

• The % of employees who are healthy, at risk or pre-disease

• Which health risks are most prominent/costly

• The potential impact on the employee if risks/level of risk is reduced

Based on the WellAbility option you choose &/or the HRA results, Acclaim will build your portal to reduce the most prominent risk factors using:

Implement & monitor the program.

Acclaim will monitor the level of participation and apply the engagement strategies agreed upon in the planning sessions to get the highest level possible. You will receive corporate reports that illustrate participation, retention, risk reduction, and organizational outcomes.

WellAbility provides you with:

Exemplary customer service: We have account managers and an implementation system that guides the process and results in a wellness site just for you. We utilize a ticketing process to ensure customer questions are resolved quickly and accurately

Meaningful Reports: Acclaim will provide you with reports, based on your program option selection to ensure you have the information you need to report on outcomes, modify your option choice, and guide your budget decisions.
